Installation and User Guide for the UV LED Lamp with Foot Pedal Switch

This guide explains how to assemble and use the standing UV LED lamp with a flexible lamp body, foot pedal switch, and white LED eye patches. Read the instructions carefully before installation and use to ensure proper operation and to help extend the product’s lifespan.

1. Main Parts of the Product

The product includes the following basic parts:

  • Floor base
  • Lamp tubes/stems for connecting to the base
  • Flexible gooseneck lamp body
  • Lamp head or lamp cap
  • Foot pedal switch
  • USB power cable
  • White LED eye patches
  • Gel, silicone, or other soft eye patches

2. Lamp Assembly Instructions

First, carefully take all parts out of the box. Check that all components are included and that none of them are damaged before starting the assembly.

Place the lamp base on a flat and stable floor surface. Then slowly screw the lamp tubes/stems into the base in the correct direction. When tightening the parts, do it gently and evenly to avoid damaging the threads or misaligning the connection.

Next, screw the lamp tubes together as shown in the diagram. The lamp stems should be tightened securely so that the lamp remains stable during use.

After assembling the lamp body, install the lamp head or lamp cap in the correct position according to the diagram. Screw it down firmly to prevent it from becoming loose or falling off during use.

Then connect the foot pedal switch to the lamp as shown in the diagram. Make sure the connector is inserted in the correct direction and is securely attached. After that, connect the USB power cable to the foot pedal switch.

Finally, plug the USB adapter into a power socket or a suitable power supply. Once the power is connected, the lamp can be controlled using the foot pedal switch.

3. How to Use the Lamp

After completing the installation, press the foot pedal switch to turn on the lamp. When the pedal is pressed, the white LED light will turn on. When the foot is removed from the pedal, the light will turn off.

The gooseneck part of the lamp can be flexibly adjusted up to 360 degrees. You can bend and adjust the lamp neck to change the direction of the light according to your needs.

The lamp head can also be rotated to adjust the lighting range. To change the illuminated area, gently rotate the lamp head to the desired position.

An important note: do not press and hold the foot pedal switch for too long. According to the instruction sheet, each single press of the foot switch should not exceed 5 seconds; otherwise, it may reduce the lifespan of the LED.

4. Instructions for Using the White LED Eye Patches

When using the white LED eye patches, do not place the LED patches directly on the eyes.

First, place gel, silicone, or another type of soft eye patch over the eye area. Then place the white LED eye patch over this protective layer.

The correct order is:

Eyes → soft gel/silicone eye patches → white LED eye patches

The gel or silicone layer acts as a protective cushion and helps prevent direct contact between the LED patch and the eye area.

5. Safety Notes

Do not shine the light directly into the eyes for a long period of time. The eye area is sensitive, so the protective eye patches should be used correctly as instructed.

Do not use the product if the power cable, USB connector, foot pedal switch, lamp body, or any electrical part shows signs of damage.

Do not pull the power cable or pedal cable forcefully. When disconnecting the cable, hold the connector instead of pulling the wire directly.

Do not place the lamp in wet areas or near water.

Do not disassemble the lamp head or attempt to repair the internal electrical parts unless you have the proper technical knowledge.
